Dinghe Machinery is located in the national aerospace industrial center ,Yanliang, Xi’an ,a district which is called “China Aerospace City” .
We are an entity company engaged in machinery and service for fruit and vegetable processing, dairy processing, starch sugar processing, bios extraction, food fermentation and etc..
We are one new technology company qualified with license of manufacturing Vessels category D1and D2 and one which incorporates research, production, installation and sales service as a whole.
II-Facilities
Our factory covers an area of 12000m2 with welding workshop, machining workshop, detecting workshop, warehouse and etc..
In the manufacturing shop there are almost 80 sets of tooling equipment applied to automatic welding , rolling, cutting ,bending, automatic polishing ,coating, lathing，milling，drilling，and etc. which meet the requirements of producing vessels category 1,2 and light industry machinery,
III-Products
Our products have encompassed the pretreatment equipment for fruit and vegetable processing(discharging, transmission, elevation, sorting, cleaning, crushing, pre-heating, pitting， coiling, de-stoning, cold pulping, hot pulping and peeling), all kinds of thin-walled vessels, adsorption equipment, concentration machinery, sterilization machinery ,CIP system and etc..
1- Pre-treatment system
Automatic discharging device, all kinds of elevators, sorting machine, cleaning machine(bubbling, surfing, rolling, brushing and etc. ), rolling transmission device, crusher(hammer, blade), de-stoning machine, stone washing machine, cold pulping machine(patent products), screw pre-cooking machine, steam peeling machine and etc..
2- Pre-heating sterilization equipment
All kinds of tubular pre-heating machines, sterilization machines, degassing sterilization machines and pulps sterilization machines.
3- Evaporator
Juice falling film evaporator :water evaporation 3t-65t, applied to concentrating juice of apple, pear, pomegranate hawthorn and etc..
Forced circulation evaporator: 50kg-20t/h
Other evaporators: starch sugar evaporator, pectin evaporator, dairy evaporator.
4- Thin-walled Vessel
All kinds of stainless steel tanks, adsorption columns, agitating tanks.
5- Essence collection system
Collection system cooperating with pre-pasteurizer and evaporator.
6- Other products
For juice industry: drum filter, mechanical barrier, CIP system
For dairy industry: spray dryer and fluid bed
Starch sugar machinery (dipping tank, flashing dryer, liquefaction device, ion exchanger, concentrator and etc.)
For konjak processing: machinery of gelatinization, refining and forming
7- Pressure vessel Category D1、D2
Evaporator, extraction pot, reaction kettle, fermentation tank and etc..
Up to now, Dinghe has supplied more than 500 sets of pre-treatment machinery and almost 100 sets of sterilization machinery, 45 sets of concentration machinery, 22 sets of essence collection machinery, more than 500 sets of various kinds of tanks and adsorption columns.
Dinghe has been serving many companies, such as Haisheng, Hengtong, Zhonglu, Andre, Huiyuan, and COFCO. Our company has made great effort to develop new technology and products including the cold pulping machine and the essence collection system which has got the patents separately, low temperature evaporator with an evaporating temperature of 50℃ and the discharging system for raw materials.
The cold pulping machine has been used in Hengtong, Yuanfen and Global Hort. The essence collection system has been put into use in Haisheng, Hengtong, Zhonglu and Louis Dreyfus. The lower temperature evaporator has been used in Global Horticulture and Fuyuan Pectin.
We exported a production line to Russia with a capacity of 15t/h for concentrated apple juice during 2010 and 2011 at the same time we supply our clients with service on process design, equipment selection, installation and debugging for the whole line and training.
